New Zealand has won six gold  medals after Valerie Adams has succeed at shot put . Valerie Adams had won a silver medal but as they took some tests on the lady called. Nadezhda. we found out that she was taking drugs and had been cheating. The drugs she has been talking was only for men .

It was use to keep men strong but as she is a lady she could change a bit and turn into a man. But as you haven't noticed that she was band at that olympic event for 2 years. And that is how Valerie Adams won the gold medal .

Valerie Adams was really proud of herself because she said “I don't want to waste any energy on her. I just want to enjoy the moment and I had left." the news that had said that new zealand people with gold medals get there photos taken . Valerie adams was not in the photo.. 

But we do not know why but yeah and this is my story about Valerie adams winning a gold medal for New zealand And I hope that Nadezhda lady has learned her lesson . And now Valerie Adams has proved that she is a good sportsmanship .

RESPECT

What does Respect mean to me.

It means that we got to be kind and listen to our teacher or someone use .
It also means that we have to listen to your coach because it could make you win but it about you having fun too and that is one of the things about Respect . But one of my things about Respect is to be kind to your friends and dont have fight over little things but me and my friends are learning that one .

What does Respect mean.

It means being nice kind and stop walking away from your problems and make things right with that person.Then you can be friends or be buddys like me and my friends Raeleen and Martha we are so nice to each other.

Aussie Rules Story

In room 16 Mr S told me and my class that we have Aussie Rules I was happy because Aussie Rules is people teach us how to play rugby .Rugby is a fun sport to play said my friends then we went me and my friend were happy to learn how to play rugby.

But today room 17 was coming to play with us. The first thing we play was toilet toilet is a game that if you get tag by a rugby ball you have to sit down like a toilet . Your hand has to be up then someone has to come and push it down then you can get up and play again this game was just for fun then on the next game i had the ball.


The next thing we did was we had to pick a partner I went with my friend Ane from room 17 .The first thing me and Ane did was passing our passing has to be throw straight to your partner I was really good at that .Then


We did kicks we were not good at it but then I kick from my toe then it went high in the sky because last time I kick with the side of my front then I told her then we got good then later on we went back to our classes.

Swimming Story

On Wednesday me and my class went to the swimming pools It was called the Glen Innes pools . When we got there me and my friend Quziyah had a race to see what lane we should go in but we were both good so we stayed in lane two.The things we did was really fun the first thing we did was the front stroke on a Board .When It was my turn I was going fast . I was going so fast that I catched up to Quziyah .

After that we still had our boards but we hold on to the end of it then we did front stroke again but then we went on to something use  it was my favourite one because I was so good at it it was called the backstroke .The backstroke is just like the front stroke but this time you go on your back .On the front stroke you do it on your tummy.Well I did it and I did it really good but when I had to go back I stopped kicking and drop in the water I was going down down but I was Okay because I can swim so I got swimming again . Then we did it again then room 17 came.So it was time for us to go .
We got change went back to school and had lunch then we went home The End.
